Gail - Graduate of Rutgers University with a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Education from Hardin Simmons University. She is the Clinic Administrator of the Facial Plastic & Cosmetic Surgical Center. Gail enjoys sewing, knitting, hiking, cooking and fitness but mostly being with her family. |

Lisa - A former patient from Lubbock, TX, Lisa and her family relocated to Abilene in 2011 to work as Director of Nursing at the Facial Plastic and Cosmetic Surgical Center. Lisa knows the surgery process from both angles and is a great source of information and comfort to our patients. She began her career as a Registered Nurse in 1995 and shares our same passion for the field of Cosmetic Surgery. Lisa likes to read and travel. She and her husband, Jeff, spend as much time as possible watching their son, Jared, play baseball and son, Lane, play tennis and perform as a percussionist.

Mike - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Mike received his anesthesia certification from the University of Mississippi School of Nurse Anesthesia in 1984. He has been helping to provide anesthesia services at the Facial Plastic & Cosmetic Surgical Center since 1991. Mike and his wife, Danna (also an Anesthetist), have one son, Josh. Together, they enjoy motorcycle riding, water-skiing and many other outdoor sports. |

Rudy - Surgical Scrub Technician and Operating Room Supervisor joined the staff of the Facial Plastic & Cosmetic Surgical Center in 1990 and had fifteen years of O.R. experience prior to that. Rudy truly works non-stop. When not at our Center, you can probably find him at home remodeling and/or woodworking. He also enjoys running and participation in any and all sports. |

Robert - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, has worked with Dr. Tobin since the 1980s. Now, Director of Anesthesia at the Facial Plastic and Cosmetic Surgical Center, Robert is a past President of the Texas Association of Nurse Anesthetists and past editor of the TANA Newsletter. He enjoys bicycling, bow hunting and camping. He and his wife, Becky have two grown children. Robert serves as a board member of the Abilene Independent School District and also devotes his time to many charitable organizations including the local Boy Scout Association and Rotary Club. |

Sandy - Secretary of the Facial Plastic & Cosmetic Surgical Center, moved to Abilene in July of 2001 from Munday, a small town in North Central Texas, where she and her husband lived for 20 years. Sandy has proven to be a great asset to the Center and has become an integral part of the staff. Sandy and her husband Coyt (a retired law enforcement officer) enjoy fishing and quiet living with their furry, four-legged “kids”. |

Dena- Dena has been with the Facial Plastic & Cosmetic Surgical Center since 1990. She not only is very knowledgeable in the field of cosmetic surgery but also is a licensed Cosmetologist. As Patient Coordinator, traveling with Dr. Tobin to see patients in cities throughout Texas, she is always available to answer questions and assist our patients with their scheduling needs. Dena and her husband, Ron, stay busy with four children Ashley, Andrea, Josh and Kara. |

Delma - Joining the Facial Plastic and Cosmetic Surgical Center in 2005, Delma is the newest member of our staff. She serves as the Environmental Supervisor and Assistant to the Surgical Scrub Technician at the Facial Plastic and Cosmetic Surgical Center. Her cheery disposition has quickly made her popular with staff and patients alike. She and her husband, Joe, live just outside of Abilene and have four sons. |
